Challah Daddy was created in memory of my daddy Stu Ginsberg. Stu loved making people smile. Not only did he keep you smiling, he also kept you laughing at every word. Another way Stu enjoyed getting a smile was through the joy of creating delicious food. He passed his creativity on to Eric. With his gift, Eric created his own recipe for Challah. In Stu’s last days he tried Eric’s Challah and gave it his “Stu approval.” We hope this Challah will find it’s way onto a table surrounded by friends and family enjoying one another’s laughter and smiles.
